We search auction, dealer and trade-in stock in Japan. For a candidate vehicle, we review the available auction sheet, photographs and records, identify open questions and agree any additional inspection.

You review the vehicle information and approve the purchase terms and maximum amount in writing. The mandate sets out the buyer, payment arrangements, inspection scope and responsibilities for that vehicle.

Before You Start
An auction report and photographs are part of the vehicle review. They do not establish every aspect of its current condition. We identify the available evidence, inspection scope and unresolved points before your purchase decision.
Customs, taxes, port handling, onward transport, homologation and registration are separate cost items unless your written offer expressly includes them. The role of each party and the applicable protections are set out in the transaction documents.
