Data and purposes

Enquiries and quotations use supplied contact details, messages, search criteria, budget and vehicle information: requested pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in answering. Contracts use necessary identity and vehicle documents, authorisations, payments and correspondence: contract performance and legal obligations. Accounting meets legal obligations. Necessary technical logs protect the website on a legitimate-interest basis.

Required fields are identified. Missing information can prevent project assessment or performance. Requesting a quotation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Recipients and international exchanges

Data are available to authorised TOPRANK staff and participants needed for the project: Hostinger hosting, technical providers, seller, broker, inspector, carrier, customs agent, insurer, technical organisation, bank, adviser and authorised authorities. TOPRANK does not sell your data.

A Japan or South Korea project may require relevant data to be sent to local participants. Recipients and applicable safeguards are identified for the transaction; you may request details from TOPRANK. Shared vehicle documents should be limited to necessary information.

Retention

Enquiries without a contract are kept while handled, then for no more than three years after the prospect’s last contact. Contract records are retained during the relationship and subsequently archived for statutory and evidential periods. Accounting records are retained for ten years. Security logs are kept for the time necessary for their purpose or an incident. Cookie consent choices are retained for one year (365 days).

Website services

Audience-measurement and advertising scripts are disabled on this test site. Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA. Links to WhatsApp, social networks or third-party websites take you to services with their own policies. See the cookie policy to manage your choices.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. Contact info@toprankeurope.com. Identity evidence may be requested if there is reasonable doubt. A legal retention obligation may limit erasure. You can complain to the CNIL.
