Shipping
All merch is printed on demand — each item is made for you when you order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping:

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most EU orders ship from European facilities — no customs fees within the EU. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.
- Email info@toprankeurope.com with your order number (or use the withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale).
- Ship the item back within 14 days — unworn, unwashed, in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.
- We refund the full price including standard outbound shipping within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with photos — we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost. This is separate from (and does not limit) your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under French law.
Size exchanges
We can’t exchange directly (each item is made to order) — return the item under the 14-day right above and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll find a solution.
