TOPRANK EUROPE will only invoice services actually performed (research, auction sheet translations, consulting). <strong>Cap: \u20ac416.67 excl. VAT<\/strong>, deducted from the deposit. No fees if fewer than 3 serious proposals have been submitted.<\/p><p><em>Definition of a serious proposal:<\/em> a vehicle meeting the criteria defined in Article 3, with a Japanese auction sheet transmitted to the Client and a budget estimate within the validated maximum amount.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"tpkb-b2b-section\"><h3 class=\"tpkb-b2b-section__title\">Article 13 \u2014 Access to Auction Data (Optional)<\/h3><p>Optional access via Ninja Cartrade: \u20ac41.67 excl.
