Homologation Management (France or Germany)
Toprank Europe provides a clear, flat-fee service to manage your vehicle’s homologation journey: document requests, technical data collection, bookings, compliance planning and parts sourcing. All third-party costs are billed at cost.
Flat agency fee
This fee covers our time and management for France or Germany homologation preparation.
- Requesting required documents and missing paperwork
- Collecting technical data and building your file
- Managing bookings and appointments (DREAL/UTAC or TÜV/DEKRA)
- Compliance planning and parts research (when needed)
- Coordination with our partners for conversions or corrections
Costs that may occur (billed at cost)
Depending on the vehicle, additional costs can happen. These are billed at cost and validated with the customer before any expense.
- Document fees (CoC, duplicates, manufacturer letters, translations, etc.)
- Testing / authority fees (UTAC, DREAL, TÜV/DEKRA, etc.)
- Maintenance and mechanical work (parts + labour)
- Compliance parts and conversions (headlights, fog light, speedometer, tires, etc.)
- Convoyage / transport (fuel, tolls, handling)
Service scope & end point
Our homologation management service stops when the vehicle receives final approval.
- France: service ends at DREAL approval (RTI)
- Germany: service ends at the technical approval report issued by the expert/authority
- The vehicle can be picked up from this point

Parking & storage policy
- 15 days free parking starting from the approval date (DREAL / final approval)
- After the free period: 150 € / week storage fee
Storage fees apply if the vehicle remains on site beyond the free period (pickup delay, transport planning, insurance delay, etc.).
Important reminders
- The customer must insure the vehicle from the moment it reaches France (including while stored or transported).
- WW / CPI and final registration (carte grise) are not included and are quoted separately.
